Central London (Westminster, City, Kensington & Chelsea)
Red routes, single and double yellows, and mansion blocks with porters and booked service lifts. Loading is often restricted to set hours, and many streets need a parking-bay suspension arranged with the council in advance.

North London (Islington, Camden, Highgate, Hampstead)
Handsome Victorian terraces and converted flats, but narrow one-way streets, controlled parking zones and steep hills around Highgate and Hampstead. Stair-only access to upper-floor conversions is common.
We check the access before the day and plan parking around the controlled zones, so the crew turns up with the right size van for the street and a clear route in. For upper-floor conversions we allow extra time and protect the stairwell and communal areas as we work.
South London (Clapham, Wandsworth, Greenwich, Dulwich)
Busy terraced streets with tight kerbside parking and a lot of resident-permit bays. Loading on a school run or rush hour is the main challenge, so we build the timing around the street, not the other way round.
For conservation-area addresses and awkward frontages, an early start usually solves it — we'll agree the plan with you before moving day.
East London (Hackney, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, Docklands)
High-rise and warehouse-conversion territory. Many blocks require a booked service lift, a loading-bay reservation and an insurance certificate from the removal company before they'll let you in. Canary Wharf and the Docklands estates have their own access rules.

West London (Fulham, Chiswick, Richmond, Wimbledon)
Family townhouses and leafy suburbs — the moves themselves are straightforward, but parking is tight and some approaches have weight or height limits. Larger family homes in Wimbledon and Richmond are a regular run for us.
We size the vehicle to the access and, where a full lorry can't get close, shuttle the last stretch with a smaller van.
Congestion Charge, ULEZ & Permit Parking
