1. Full Packing Service
Our full packing service option is crafted to take the load off your shoulders, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your move. If you opt for this service, our professional team will handle the packing of all your belongings, ensuring everything is prepared prior to the moving day.
2. Fragile or Partial Packing Service
If you do not want to hassle with the more time-consuming fragile items, leave it to us! We will supply all the necessary packaging materials to pack most of your belongings while our expert packing team takes care of items like kitchenware, ornaments, pictures, and other delicate items.
Alternatively, if you've already started the packing process, we can help accelerate it. With the support of 1 or 2 members from our skilled packing team, you can efficiently complete the packing, particularly if time or patience is in short supply.
3. Owner Packed Service
Opt for a more cost-effective service by choosing to pack your belongings yourself. We can supply high-quality packaging materials, such as boxes, packing paper, tape, and bubble wrap, delivered to your doorstep a couple of weeks before the moving day.
*It's essential to note that during the home survey, we determine the required number of wardrobe boxes. On the moving day, we provide plastic reusable wardrobe boxes, ensuring your hanging clothes are taken care of. Please be aware that this option is feasible only if we can retrieve the plastic wardrobe boxes at the end of your moving day.>
4. Unpacking Service
After transporting all your belongings to your new residence, there's still a lot to do before you can relax on your cosy sofa. Unpacking can be quite challenging, especially if you have a substantial amount of content. However, we're here to assist you with that aspect as well.
If you seek assistance with unpacking, we offer various options tailored to your preferences:
- Unpacking specific areas such as your kitchen boxes or certain rooms
- Unpack everything
Additionally, for those requiring extra support, we provide a maid service. This service goes beyond the basic unpacking and (if chosen) involves placing everything in its designated locations under your guidance.
Additional Wrapping-Packing Services
Full Pad-wrapping Service
Our standard furniture removal service includes sofa and mattress covers, along with blankets and quilted pads to safeguard all your furniture.
For an additional layer of assurance, we also offer a comprehensive pad-wrapping service. With this option, every piece of furniture is wrapped in quilted covers and pads before it is moved from the room.
Export Packing
Export packing is meticulously crafted to protect furniture, ornaments, or artwork, addressing scenarios where traditional materials like bubble wrap or padded blankets fall short.
The export wrap material offers a range of benefits:
- It features an inner soft cushioning layer that directly contacts the furniture or ornament
- The middle layer incorporates large bubbles, similar to bubble wrap, providing additional cushioning
- The third layer consists of a puncture-resistant material, ensuring unparalleled strength
Throughout the export wrapping process, we enhance protection by incorporating cardboard layers underneath the export-packed layers, offering the utmost safeguarding for your furniture.
Bespoke Crating
When the aforementioned packing options may not suffice or when moving internationally, another solution emerges as the optimal choice for safeguarding your valuables. Our customised wooden crates, tailored to fit, provide the highest level of protection for items like paintings, chandeliers, grandfather clocks, pianos, statues, glass, marble tops, motorbikes, and more. If you want to order crates, this can be arranged and discussed during your pre-move survey.

How we pack your belongings:
Clothing:We use our reusable plastic wardrobe boxes with built-in rails to ensure your clothes remain hanging securely throughout the entire relocation process.
Sofas and mattresses:
We utilise specialised covers for sofas and mattresses to ensure their safety during the transportation process.
Televisions:
We have the option to use the original packaging. In case it's unavailable, the choice of protective measures for your television depends on its type and size, including our quilted pads, pre-ordered TV boxes of the appropriate size, export wrap, or a tailor-made wooden crate.
Choose Box Recycling:
In an effort to contribute to environmental conservation and offer a more competitive price, we frequently present quotes with the option to reuse the boxes. This benefits you by reducing the cost of packaging materials. However, the downside is with this option, we may use second-hand boxes.If you choose this environmentally-friendly alternative, we will contact you a few weeks post-move to schedule a convenient day for box collection.
