Yes, we can. However, moving a piano to a floor above ground level is a highly specialized task, and we need to conduct a thorough assessment before providing a quotation. Factors considered include the piano's weight and size, ceiling height, and the presence of turns or curves in the staircases. Additionally, our moving team requires a significant amount of space to manoeuvre the instrument up the stairs and around any potential corners.

How do we move pianos?

Here's a step-by-step explanation of our piano-moving process:

• Assessment:
  The initial step involves inspecting the piano for any damages or scratches, and our team evaluates the most convenient and secure method to move it out to the removal truck.
• Packing:
  After the inspection, we carefully wrap the piano using custom piano covers or padded blankets. Any loose or fragile parts, music desk, or other items are removed for added protection.
• Disassembly (if required):
  For grand pianos, our team carefully remove the legs and secures each component for safe transport.
• Specialized Equipment:
  We utilize specialized equipment for piano moving, including dollies, straps, shoe (for grand pianos), and ramps. These tools enable us to handle the piano as safely as possible.
• Secure Loading:
  Our team utilizes correct lifting techniques to securely load the piano onto the removal vehicle. Typically, we deploy a team of 2 people for an upright piano (if no stairs are involved in the move) and at least 3 people for a baby grand or a full grand piano. We take extra precautions to prevent any movements during transit.
• Unloading and Assembly:
  Upon arrival at the destination, our team carefully unloads the piano and, if necessary (if grand piano), reassembles it. We place the piano in the designated area, ensuring it is ready for use.
• Final Inspection:
